Ilegals can be issued Federal ID numbers to use instead of SS#'s. When ilegals use SS#'s, they are generally made up or fake.

Ilegals can be issued Federal ID numbers to use instead of SS#'s. When ilegals use SS#'s, they are generally made up or fake.When the SSA encounters an invalid or duplicate SSA, their routine procedure is to simply issue a new SSN.
