I disagree. Were it not for their illegal presence they would not have been working in this country.

Denying them social security is a fitting penalty -- let their ill-gotten monies go to Americans who worked lawfully.

This is morally warped.

These people worked for and earned their money just like any legal citizen has.

The idea that we should declare EVERY SINGLE act in this country illegal because a person sneaked across the border is nothing more than spite.

I find this kind of vengengeful position perhaps more reprehensible than the simple act of sneaking across any border could ever be.
