Your post argued voting Republican resulted in Justices Kennedy and Souter. You are wrong. We lost Bork and got these nominations because people voted Democrat in 1986. If you didn't mean it, ask the mods to delete your post.

So you are saying that people didn't vote Bush and Reagan in? And that Bush and Reagan didn't NOMINATE and advocate the confirmation of the two justices in question?
