Correct. The real numbers of conservatives in this country are much larger than the lib media would want anyone to know. Their only hope is to make us eat our own.
For years all the pundits have been criticizing President Bush for not making use of the bully pulpit. So tonight he goes Prime Time, and every conservative commentator is already bashing him for what he will/won't say. They are making me so angry.
We NEVER heard Dems criticize Clinton. They all cooed what a great speaker he was, and he only mirrored what ever the audience in front of him wanted to hear at the moment. He has never held one principle above any other, except that he likes power and adulation.
All Bush gets is criticism. I am ready to scream!
This issue was not a big deal a mere 18 months ago in the election. All of a sudden it's the ONLY issue that matters. What nonsense.
The President's position on this issue hasn't changed since 1999. The eventual bill that gets through Congress will be much closer to his proposal than Tancredo's.
Tonight on the Live Thread we'll see attacks on the President that will exceed anything directed at Clinton, Kerry, Gore or any other 'Rat. They'll need a double shift of Mods tonight -- like having extra cops on holiday driving weekends.
