Piper, I've been trying to find something which I think you posted about the Border Patrol. Where was it posted about the 3,000 being switched every couple of weeks and then brand new ones brought in, trained for a week, and then working for two, then brand new ones brought in, trained for another week, then working for two, never leaving any experienced Border Patrol behind...just continued brand new replacements brought in?
