First, let's ask ourselves what President Bush and the Republicans have done right. The war is going pretty well, we have lower taxes, and we seem to have a couple apparently decent judges on the SCOTUS and many more good ones on the lower courts.

All of that is very nice, but if you can't secure the borders of your country, you have no country.

I agree. More importantly, if you can't get people who actually want to secure the borders into power, you'll never secure them.
