It would be "amnesty" even if they passed the exact same bill as H.R. 4437? Interesting.

The Senate has already indicated it has no desire to pass a bill as nearly as restrictive as HR 4437. They are hell bent on granting amnesty to the criminals already in country. The Senate is acting as if THEY are the government.
