"Expelled" includes everything from formal deportations to voluntarily departures. So, yes, it is true.
I am not allowed to use the "l" word, but "expelled" does NOT mean voluntary deprtures, and you know that, too. Thus you are posting something you know to be untrue. We all know what they call people who purposely post things known by the poster to be untrue. Stop using that false statistic. Sorry, but I don't believe it. More likely this is the number for the "catch and release" program at INS. I'd like to know exactly how many ACTUALLY GOT SENT BACK to the home country. Relying on them to "agree to deport themselves" by signing a paper is NOT real deportation.
