No# 7 should be easy, there are only two federal holidays that are observed on the actual date, Christmas and the 4th of July.

What ever president is born on one of those dates must be the answer.

Not so. The question guarantees the day under discussion is Friday, not a named date. The only Friday of the year on which the Post Office is always closed is the day after Thanksgiving.

Therefore, it's whichever Pres was born in late November. Which I don't have a clue about because Presidential birthdays aren't of much interest.

Veteran's Day is also observed on November 11.
