First off there is no such thing as a "suitcase" nuke in terms of it being that size - It is more like a "large locker" size nuke -

Additionally it is complete foolishness to suggest such an item could be walked into our border. Much more is happening along our borders regarding WMDs, dirty bombs, profiling, etc...then can openly be talked about (and for very valid reasons!).
