I'm going have to take a peek at MTP just to get a load of Pelosi this morning.

Her right eye starts to melt about halfway through and she looks like she's been told that if she gets anything wrong, her chair is wired and she's going to get such a shock.

I am way behind reading this thread today, but some of this stuff is so good I have to linger to savor all of it. I think that you are spot on about how Nancy Pelosi had that "Deer in the Headlights"look today. Pelosi stuttered and was hesitant trying to keep with her Mantra about Republican Corruption and Bush incompetence while she had this distinct looking over her shoulder appearance. She looked to me like real paranoia trying to keep herself together, all the while she was waiting for another shoe to drop with the Democrat scandals(keeping fingers and everything on her body crossed)while still trying (not very effectively) to insinuate that all the scandals and corruption are Pubbies. She looks like she has had lots more really extensive facial work from the last time I saw her on anything where she had lots of face time. I got the impression that Russert asked her questions that she could not remember rehearsing the responses/talking points to. Russert had that sitting on hemorrhoid's expression. I opted out pretty early, was not about to lose my breakfast.
