Being a deputy sheriff and having worked both the jails and patrol I can tell you for a fact that 95% of the women on the job are just as tough and capable as I am at 6'0 220 lbs.
Most of the females I work with would kick anyones ass who said they should be in this line of work becuase of their gender.

I've been to cop houses all over NYC, Jersy and LI and the biggest females I have seen (rare and far between) would'nt be much of a problem for any guy going postal.
The VAST majority of the females are short in stature and tiny when they aren't ludicrously obese.
The other part of the "lets all make believe girls can hack ir" PC rubbish is that GUYS who have no business on a police force because of their size are on the street as well.
Just this week in NYC I saw a male cop who couldn't possibly have been more than 120 soaking wet. My eye told me he was probably pretty tough but any guy I hung out with in High school could have literally picked him up and thrown him before their 15th birthday.
PC is a sick stupid joke that has cost cops their lives and WILL continue to do so.
They might kick my ass, because I'm a law-abiding citizen who has been taught all his life that it's immoral to strike a woman. How well they'd do against big Bubba is another question altogether.

There are plenty of sites on the net where you can watch people fighting, ametuer cam shots recording. Girls punch like, well, girls. Get a guy in there, and the girls go down hard.
I've seen fights three girls against one guy, and they lost badly.
No amount of police training can overcome a guy. When you watch COPS on TV, the girls always wait for backup before trying to take down a man.

If you're 6 ft and 220 lbs and the females you work with can kick your ass, you are either a wimp or deluding yourself. A female is no match for someone your size, no matter how tough she thinks she is.
Having worked in Corrections, I say "horsecrap!" They pound that politically correct propaganda into your head until you believe it. The women are much tougher than expected, when they have backup and the force of the law standing behind them. On the prison compound, dealing with guys who don't care about the force of the law, things are different. Women do their guard jobs well using their brains, but when order breaks down and the wild deranged brawling breaks out, then most women are like rag dolls in the horns of deranged bulls. However, many of the politically corrected wussy men and sickly old coots hanging on for retirement are no better.
