The blogs pushing the story don't even name Goss - they say "a former intelligence committee member now working with the agency" and they cite no evidence.
So I don't see how anybody who wants to decide based on actual evidence could conclude that Goss is guilty of anything.
Again, I'm betting on a difference over the approach to Iran - that Goss did not want to go to war - but that is just my speculation - no evidence there either.
