This president has backbone. He wouldn't get rid of someone cleaning house where it's needed.
Zell Miller to DCI
Obviously, something happened or was discovered just recently.
Patrick Kennedy and Mary McCarthy are probably two of the happiest people in the country right now.

Bob Barr is how I found Free Republic! He was on the radio and mentioned this place.....many moons ago.
EVIL!
Not sure what to make of that......! Except it's saying a lot that Graham took time out from tracking his lunch menus, sock color and bowel movements to go on TV for an interview about this, LOL!
Graham is ex-intelligence committee member IIRC.
>>Gee, I'm so glad that Fox News is going with 90% reporters and Democrats giving analysis, and only a token Republican occassionally mixed in. Now the nutcase Bob Graham is spewing BS.<<
Yep Fox is saying something bad for the Bush admin is coming out. Saying if this was planned they woulod have had a backup.
Which gives Dan Rather as the local leaker. Or Robin, his daughter, or Chris Bell.
One of my favorite quotes is from Henry Kissinger. He said or wrote, "Power is the greatest aphrodisiac."

CNN
Former Rep Bob Barr is indicting the entire Exec Branch, saying this shows the government can't get it's intelligence services in order; blames Bush for not understanding the need to gather foreign intelligence; has seen it (resignation/problems in CIA) brewing for some time; Cunningham scandal with defense contractors could reach into the top levels of 'the agency' (CIA).
The fact remains the CIA has failed the US not only because of 9/11 but because of the way it handled the Niger/Plame/Wilson affair, because of the way its former "agents/employees" write books at the most political opportune time and because its employees leak classified information to MSM. Whatever the budget is and however it is compared to the Intelligence budget it total it is a waste of money.
That is the speculation. Bill Kristol is discussing how this IS a very sudden change- something to do with 1) Hookergate, 2) In-fighting at CIA, or 3) an unknown scandal.
He has become a shrill for the Bush haters and is currently working with the ACLU.
I had no idea it had anything to do with the CIA.
I don't mean a seperate thread. I am saying posts on this thread are alleging it in their speculation. Which I find totally offensive.
I like the way you think!
Can't wait to see the answer to your question *L*
Bush 41 is too tired and too old. Ditto Cheney. There are many good possibilities. How about Rudy?
