I've seen people in cars with ALL windows rolled up and two kids in the back seat in car seats and a CLOUD of smoke filling the car. I couldn't handle that but I have a choice; babies don't.

"A cloud of smoke inside the CAR??"  Now, don't get me wrong, but I have been loaded into cars before and we all smoked. There wasn't a cloud of smoke to be seen.  Did you dream this stuff up?

All the driver has to do is turn on the air and it all circulates, with or without the windows open.  Unless you are thinking about a 42 Packard.  LOL
