This is an act of war against the United States.
I don't get why this guy got a trial at all. He should have been forcefully interrogated until he gave up all useful information then taken out back and shot.
All Islamic terrorists and those who actively support them should be shot on the spot and buried in unmarked graves, without the benefit of lawyers, due process, and appeals.
The President should order Moussaoui taken into military custody, then have him executed on the spot. Perhaps he could even personally shoot him in the head and put the video on worldwide television.
