Consistently making excuses for LAWBREAKERS, and contorted rationalizations for the lack of common sense and personal responsibility, due to (insert the syndrome-du-jour here), NO ILLEGAL ACT is EVER allowed to be what it is, but rather, it's to claim the perpetrator is a VICTIM, and should be excused somehow from the LAW.
