In my mind, this is the problem in a nutshell. This guy should at least be out of business, if not in prison. This crap is not going to stop until the "wink-wink" hiring of illegals stops.

I read a funny survey that 80%+ of small businesses had no problem raising the minimum wage. If that was true, how many say that because they are hiring illegals to avoid minimum wage?

If the ICE would just go after the employers who hire illegals, impound huge finesfrom them, in a short time the invaders would no doubt return home on their own. But, of course, it would be too sensible to expect current immigration laws to be enforced.

One neet trick a friend of mine is doing that works well, is to go into a fast food joint or in the back door of market or small factory and hollar "mira migracion" (or however you spell it in Mexican) and watch the illegals run like cockroaches from a light.
He emptied out a cabenet shop Oak Cliff that way the other day.

Can I ask where you guys live? IN the DC area illegals make more than minimum wage paid in cash under the table...$10-$15 is the average. Throw in some fake papers and SS numbers, a little english...and you're talking the prevailing wage in the construction/landscaping industry. Not peanuts, money wise.

It would go a long way to addressing the illegal immigration problem by going in to businesses and auditing their employee records. If the SSN doesn't match the name, or the same SSN is in use in 12 different locations throughout the nation, or there IS no SSN, tell the business owner that that employee has to furnish valid data or has to be laid off. You wouldn't even have to muss the hair on a single illegal alien head, just make them unemployable. No sweeps, no arrests, no detentions.
This nation has gone off the deep end thanks to the liberals. I am frightened for our future to tell the honest truth.
