The "Arrest" is a technicality. The press is just using to smear Limbaugh.
The STATE filed the DOCTOR SHOPPING CHARGE. Limbaugh then turned himself in -- IE HE WAS ARRESTED -- and subsequently plead "not Guilty" and then they announced the plea deal.
The ARREST is just because to formally charge him and for him to FORMALLY plead NOT GUILTY he had to be "ARRESTED" first.
That's a relief. It was a formality to be booked, not a new addiction problem.
And CNN is playing it with focus on the "arrest," and sbtitle of "THE NAB"
Sheesh.
