Yeah, I know. But the thing that really ticks me off with these "settlements" is that a black mark that shouldn't be there will ALWAYS be there because he "settled" and he "paid money" to make it go away.
But OTOH, they failed in their primary aim, which was to get Rush jailed and off the air.
$30K may be chump change for Rush Limbaugh, but PRINCIPLE is worth far more. This case stinks and it always has.
