Good plan. You know the old saying about wrestling a pig: you just get dirty, and the pig enjoys it. The very reason why you're so often ignored here.
Typically, fittingly you, --- talk about Howlin behind her back.

It seems that Roy Black, one the best lawyers in the nation and Florida, got for Rush the same deal that public offenders get for their clients. No wonder Rush took the deal. He should have done it months ago.

From what I understand this is the deal that all first time offenders get. I don't consider pleading "not guilty" as any sort of deal. That is what an innocent person does.

I've been a conservative since I was fifteen I am now fifty seven. After all those years of nothing but liberal media, I will never forget the day I found Rush. I love him for that and I always will.
To: mrsmith; I still care
Actually, I think "the skunk" also wanted to get Rush off the air, either by sending him to jail or by smearing his character so badly that he could not recover.
If that was his ultimate aim, he failed, even if he can claim that he "arrested" Rush.

In Alabama the individual pleads guilty and sentencing is put off for a time established by the judge. If you mess up the judge sets the punishment. Just confused by the not guilty plea.

I despise rogue prosecutors. I honestly believe that prosecutorial abuse should result in life imprisonment.

Thanks for the heads up, onyx.
I suppose she's speaking from experience.

If I'm so ignored, why did you reply?
I think Howlin is as nasty as they come. Especially on this subject, which is very close to my heart. She knows very little about the legalities of Rush's situation, but that doesn't stop her from declaring idiocies about it as if from on high.
To: CDB
The glee is disconcerting, no its disgusting. The media are supposed to be serious, to be the observers of world events.
They seem like a nasty high school clique. Why would you be gleeful about someone have an addiction to pain killers or someone about to be indicted.
There is something wrong with these folks.
To: GUIDO
You should turn on CNN, Wolf is having a field day with it.
