I despise rogue prosecutors. I honestly believe that prosecutorial abuse should result in life imprisonment.
We have a prime example here in Austin. Ronnie Earle. He tried to convict Kay Bailey Hutchison and caused her a huge amount of money before it was thrown out of court. Now he's filed charges against Tom Delay. Just a matter of time before these charges are dismissed as well, IMNSHO.
