this 'punkbuster" appears to be a very angry person and I thought the same thing...Troll.
also if he is a Newbie, it just might be wise to have some deference and consideration.

Juat don't like Punkbuster's tone and responses.

Conservatives prefer the best of the past. Limbaugh deserves jail time.

What a ridiculous statement. Sandy Berger deserves jail time. Mary McCarthy deserves jail time. Rush deserves good doctors and even better attorneys.

He made a DEAL that his own attorney took to the DA.

I don't think that part in bold has been established, has it?

> You apparently are the idiot here.

LOL as the Rushbots march over the cliff.

I will give the Drug Addicted One credit for hammering on the clintons.

He's proved himself a hypocrite.

Now just to save his career, he's pushing a 3rd party in 2008. Hillary Rodham says thanks.

Drug addict Rush Limbaugh's sorry ass belongs in jail.

You cannot possibly believe Rush wants this to go to trial, do you?

Why would he want to spend his time and energy (in...oh, I don't know, but let's say October, 2006) to fight this?

And, if the Feds had a strong, open and shut case, they never would have accepted the deal.

Please don't underestimate the political witch hunt at the core of this "investigation".

I'll be glad to chill out; I just don't like false accusations made about me by an obvious retread.

You have a point. He may have had a physical addiction to painkillers that were prescribed for him for severe back pain, but it does appear that he only did something about it when he was on the brink of exposure.

The overbearing coercive use of force and certain promise of punishment is the only way to get a junkie's attention.

This is sometimes the only way that a destructive cycle can be broken for most of us.

I wish him the best.

Compare the MSM's gleeful treatment of Rush Limbaugh's "arrest" on doctor-shopping to the MSM's nonexistent coverage of Sandy Berger's (AKA, Sandy Burglar's) raunchy escapades in America's National Archives. Another case of "bird brain flu?"

LOL as the Rushbots march over the cliff.

You all need to decide which it is, am I a RushBot or a Rush hater.

Howlin, I don't know if I would consider this a plea. A plea usually involves a lesser charge, not charges being totally dropped. Rush still maintains innocence of all charges.

I don't think it is money- he's got plenty. I think that he knows if he doesn't get this from hanging over his head, he will be hamstrung this election, the 06 one. I have no doubt the DA would disrupt his show every chance he could as the election comes up.

Someone on this thread intimated this was Rush's offer, not the DAs.

Rush could fight all the way through - I know many would. But he ends up after 18 months with a clean record and never admitting guilt. Who needs your medical stuff dragged through a jury trial. The DA would attack him, with all the hate a Palm Beach lib attorney could muster.

I think he did ok.

Interesting .. I just saw on CNN that Limbaugh was arrested on drug charges.

Same thing here on local news, 20 minutes later they told the real story, initial report was very misleading.......
