Not sure why this is such a hard concept. When I invite someone into my house, I expect that they enter through the front door, not the basement window.

And when you don't invite someone, you don't expect them to break in and take up residence, and help themselves to the fruits of your labor. And you wouldn't need to consult your pastor as to the appropriate action to take.
