I suppose just arresting the 'rowdies', charging them with the appropriate crime, jailing them for a stretch, and deporting them is out of the question.

I am not suprised by this. A close family friend was a teacher in Malmo. She was beaten up by Muslim students, who taunted her for being Jewish.
