Are you saying that the citizens of South Carolina cannot be allowed to decide how they will live? I'd like to know why not.

You are beyond belief! Your idea of allowing the citizens to decide is to tell them what they cannot do in their own bedroom. There are supposed to be limits on majority rule, otherwise we have the world's worst form of government, a pure democracy.

Hmmm, this sounds like it is coming from the "we live in a democracy and if the majority want.....blah, blah" when in fact we live in a Representative Republic so that the 3 foxes and 1 chicken don't vote on what's for dinner.

SC can do what they want you are correct (albeit only what the ever expanding federal government allows) but that does not make it right.
