OK .. "defending the Constitution" = when one is caught redhanded leaking classified info to the press, it must be assumed that the leaker was FORCED to do this because the Bush administration was making things too unfair for the terrorist savage beasts. Therefore, it's against their civil rights and , of course, the Treason Galaxy Constitution.
