You said -- "The woman who runs this organization is a Lebanese Christian who saw the "Religion of Peace" overrun and destroy her country, and she's lecturing and writing about how she sees the same things starting to happen here."
I saw Brigitte Gabriel in person in Tulsa, OK about a month ago at the First Presbyterian Church. I had already listened to her on the radio many times before and I happened to be in town when she spoke there.
She usually gets a lot of protests on university campuses when she speaks. But, there were none at the event that I attended. She is a real "live wire" for sure, very energetic in her speaking.
And, I was at a Prophecy Conference in Tulsa a few weeks ago and there was a professor from a prestigious Islamic university (apparently the most prestigious in the world). He had converted to Christianity, totally on his own from reading the Bible (while trying to discredit it). He's now in the U.S. having been thrown in jail and tortured and his own family trying to kill him. His name is Mark Gabriel (not related to Brigitte Gabriel).
And then there is Walid Shoebat, a former Muslim terrorist -- having been jailed in Israel for his terrorist activities -- but is now a Christian and goes around the country speaking out against Islam.
There is getting to be quite a group of these kinds of former Muslims who have converted to Christianity and speak out against Islam, showing it up for the evil religion that it is.

Walid Shoebat gets paid quite a few thousands of dollars for doing speaking engagements.
