You povide a 30 year old report and a book by another tax kook to prove "We currently have a rogue agency of the government (IRS) with the ability to destroy anyone it chooses at a whim"? You are a tax kook.

The vast majority of people who have issues with the IRS are people who didn't pay their taxes and then cry about it when the IRS trys to collect. Sure there are exceptions, there always are, but that doesn't make the IRS a "rogue agency." That's the language of a tax kook.
