But you see Jeff, that's the problem. How can you know whether or not they are legal or illegal? They can say they are legal, and probably even show you a phony document. Sorry, but in order for the plan to work we will have to boycott any business employing hispanics. I hate to punish the legal ones, but there is no other way to get the message across. Your proposition does not take into account that not all Hispanics are immigrants, much less illegal immigrants. As the United States expanded its borders in the 1800's it absorbed a large Hispanic (whatever that is) population.
