you said from the beginning that the attorneys you knew from the area would never have gone out on such a limb. There was no wall of silence --these kids said from the beginning nothing happened..Should they have made something up?

The attorney threw the gauntlet down as far as the DA goes. If it is as presented (and no attorney would lie about such a document) I would be hard pressed to file charges...(not a lawyer & did not sleep in a Holiday Inn). She was specific in saying she clawed at them and lost an artifical nail or two. And yet no DNA?

Further, if the DA presses onward without anything else he will finacially drain the families of all involved.

If he presses forward he is a fool.
