Look at this:

Nifong’s assistant said earlier Monday the prosecutor would not comment on the findings. North Carolina Central University, where the alleged victim is a student, said after the results were released that the prosecutor would appear at a campus forum Tuesday to discuss the case.

Based on what I've seen on other threads, attorneys for some of the players are now saying that there was no matching DNA. So now the prosecutor is still going forward with his smear campaign.

It is entirely possible that this woman had a bad experience at the house. I knew a lot of lacrosse players in high school and college, they are generally cocky, affluent white kids. I have no doubt that they used racial slurs and were rude to her -- there is no excuse for this, but it's not rape, and at the risk of sounding callous, this is something a stripper should learn to expect.
