Tex, in your searching today on this story, have you seen anything about the flier the police are handing out that say that that there WAS a rape, as in stated it as fact?
They're evidently going door to door with something that says "Accuser WAS raped..." and the defense attorneys said last night that they can't do that.......have you seen anything about it? I only heard it on TV and haven't seen it in print; I'm thinking the TV is usually a day or so ahead of the story.
I'm not sure they can; I was referring to anything like their hair or stuff like that. It seems they HAVE to have something to match, but what it is we do not know yet.

I think Nifong came out of the gate, shall we say, WAY too early on this; my opinion is that he saw it as a way to get himself elected (he was previoulsy appointed) in the upcoming primary, which is in a few weeks.

Not really: 20% Asian, 11% black, and 6% Latino gets you to 37% right there, plus maybe biracials and Native Americans, and 39% sounds right. Duke is very diverse racially, and while few of the students are poor, most are middle class.
I read in paper today the 911 call came in from other dancer that was with her. Sounds like she needed money-has a kid so maybe looking for big pay off from University on down the line. I thought the story started sounding fishy after awhile. I read she was falling on the way to the house and when she says was forced in there was pics of her with big smile trying to get back in house!

This poster was circulated on the Duke campus asking for information about the case. It looks to be a roster of the team photos. Is this the same one the DA circulated around town ?
