The top secret letter 2205 of the Military Branch of Al Qadisya on 4/3/2001 announced by the top secret letter 246 from the Command of the military sector of Zi Kar on 8/3/2001 announced to us by the top secret letter 154 from the Command of Ali Military Division on 10/3/2001 we ask to provide that Division . . .

Not to be skeptical, but how do those dates work with the date of the letter? Thanks for all of your hard work.

Outside of the U.S. people use a date format of Day, Month, then year.

Notice the 3 in the middle of those dates? That represents March.

European style dates.

dd/mm/yyyy

All of these are in March of 2001.

In almost all the world including Iraq the dates are written as : Day/Month/Year so 4/3/2001 is March/4/2001.
