Presenting El Presidente Fox with the Bill for all the uncompensated health care, the cost of incarceration of his felons, and the education of the kids would be a good first step.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censure#Censure_in_the_United_States
Main article: Censure in the United States Censure is a congressional procedure for publicly reprimanding the President of the United States or a member of Congress for inappropriate behavior. When the president is censured, it serves merely as a condemnation and has no direct effect on the validity of presidency. Unlike impeachment, censure has no basis in the Constitution, or in the rules of the Senate and House of Representatives. It derives from the formal condemnation of either congressional body of their own members.
To date Andrew Jackson is the only sitting president to be successfully censured.[1]

Perhaps he confused Dover Airforce Base with the name of the town.

For decades I have been insisting that the Russians and the Chinese are going to join forces and go to war with us.
Nobody has ever agreed with me.....till now.

what does that mean really? that he wasn't telling it like he saw it before...? That in the halls of congress, you have a certain decorum you must follow ala Roberts Rules of Order. If he were to jump up and call Ted Kennedy a drunk fat bastard, his rights to speak on the floor may be removed.. outside congress, however.. well, let's just say he knows where the bodies are buried.

Can you say SPIN? Let me rock your world. Think maybe the ones who continually scream about Spending while providing NO data to back it up might be the one's doing the spinning? Funny how this is spin but the unproven accusations that lump Homeland Security spending into "discretionary spending" are just accepted without question. Sorry but the Budget issue is a lot more complex issue then the Talk Radio and Political Fringes sloganeering.
YES, they should be vetoing a bunch of stuff like the Highway bill but keep in mind, VETOING something is no promise the Congress will not come back with WORSE. Frankly as the Congress has acted since the Port's Deal, I would just veto everything if I was Bush.

So then, in effect, the only thing that would happen is that they would say they don't like me saying that stuff?
That's like asking a dog why he soiled on the carpet and sayin you are upset.

The big problem with spending and why I don't blame the President is that he still doesn't have a line item veto. The Congresscritters are attaching pork to vital bills. To veto the pork, the President could kill vital bills.
