Post your observations here.
Richard Miniter was on FNC and said that even if an employee is caught on videotape stealing from their employers, they cannot be fired.

Fox is saying the hard core protesters are made up of Muslim immigrants. That's worth repeating.

You heard exactly right.
These Muslims are a very disruptive people.
Anything to instigate problems for the government of France they consider to be run by infidels.

Esse contends that forcing young people into the workforce will have anti-democratic impacts. Who will march in the streets to protest bad laws if everyone has jobs? asked Esse.Holy cow, is this scrappleface?

John Kasich stated on fox news "this is socialism gone amuck" This is why Dems will never admit they believe in socialist politics

Thanks. I wonder how long it will be before these riots turn into burning of buildings and property.

I've been watching it for a bit. Seems to me that the police aren't really doing much to defend themselves, or to quench the riot.
Then again, I was in support of the Ohio National Guard in 1970. Maybe I prefer a more harsh response.
One thing's for certain - if a group of punks with bandanas across their faces started throwing rocks at me, I'd be throwing lead back at them.

Seeing all of those rioters and those vans with the "pusher" screens reminds me of this quote from the movie "soylent green":(and THEIR method of "riot control" on that movie::)
"The scoops are on their way!! The scoops are on their way". You must evacuate the area immediately!! The scoops are on their way!!"

My God...I had to check and make sure that wasn't a Scrappleface. That post is a VERY interesting snapshot of the French youth's mind.

Last week, someone on FNC explained why the police don't use more force; something about the politics going on between the two leaders of the country.
Ticked me off on behalf of the cops.

MSNBC: Some guy on European radio talking about how just two years ago Mr. Bush said the war in Iraq was over. He went on to explain that sometimes political leaders don't make good choices.

What is really amazing to watch is that the police will not raise their sticks when an apprehended rioter is resisting.
Is it because the cameras are rolling or is it because their orders specifically say not to do it.

I don't get why the cops don't use tear gas right away; it would stop these protests immediately it seems. Crowd running away from gas. Better yet, the cops could dress up like Germans....
