The GOP better prepare for a significant rise in Black Americans, voting Republican in upcoming elections. Most Black Americans I've spoken to are as ANGRY as hell at this silent response to illegal immigrants, displayed by Black elected officials. This is an issue that all Americans should be coming together on.If there was ever a time for Republicans to seek solidarity with the black community, that time is NOW!

The RNC seems to be losing a lot of these opportunities.

One of the largest groups of non-voters is the white working poor/middle class. They never have any reason to vote because they usually don't ask for nothing and nothing is given to them. They would turn out to vote for enforcement of our immigration laws.

There would be a few more votes from the black community but not as many as one would imagine.

That was my point a few days ago, this is spilting the GOP, rich elites vrs party base. But it is also spliting the Democrats too. The working man and working poor know all too well what hapens when wages are driven down. They feel it first.

Republicans merely need to pass a substantial immigration reform bill with no or very little amnesty and they win back their base, larger percentage of blacks, the same or larger percentage of legal hispanics as 2004. Problem is, the republicans are busy listening to the NYT, Boston Globe, SF Chronicle, that says they risk alienating all hispanics and that's the only thing they seem to be worrying about.
