JustPiper.......I think what I'll do is use the article that I had attached to my post and start a thread with it. What surprises me is if you read back through THIS thread, even though the discussion is on RICO/illegal immigration, no one even hinted at the conculsion your friend did, though I think most of us were questioning the timing of bringing up the issue and the rush to fix the problem....no one connected the dots.
