Those are surnames over which one does not have control. "Quieshianiquita" is given name. That child's mother chose to use that name without a moment's thought about what the consequences might be. No matter how talented she may be, there will never be a Quieshianiquita sitting on the board of a Fortune 500 company.

Care to wager on that? I'll offer you a bet, but the bet must be enlarged to include any a "black" name, not just Quishianiquita. I'll bet there are many on boards of Fortune 500 companies right now. BTW, I own a company, and I've never, never based a hiring or promotion decision upon name or race.
