No matter how talented she may be, there will never be a Quieshianiquita sitting on the board of a Fortune 500 company.

Care to wager on that? I'll offer you a bet, but the bet must be enlarged to include any a "black" name, not just Quishianiquita. I'll bet there are many on boards of Fortune 500 companies right now. BTW, I own a company, and I've never, never based a hiring or promotion decision upon name or race.

You're mistaking race for culture. Ridiculous, faux-African names bespeak a culture; dark skin does not. The culture one associates with such names is not one that values education or industry. A child named Quieshianiquita is not going to set the world on fire.
