His work was subtitled by Aabid Khan’s at-Tibyan Publications and distributed by Younis Tsouli on any of a number of hijacked servers. That was in 2005. In May of 2008, and despite the incarceration of both Tsouli and Khan, Rashood’s works were put back into circulation by others using the at-Tibyan name, via the now deceased al-Boraq forum.”
