The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has released a second television ad on behalf of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger that is scheduled to run on cable and broadcast outlets statewide. This 30-second spot explicitly champions the performance of the governor since he gained office in the 2003 recall election. Below is the text of the ad and an analysis by Andy Furillo of The Bee Capitol Bureau.
• NARRATOR: Remember? California was $22 billion in the red, the car tax tripled, jobs and businesses were leaving, a state literally in the dark. Arnold Schwarzenegger delivered. Repealing the car tax hike, cutting the deficit, refusing to raise taxes, helping create 400,000 new jobs, and expanding trade. There's hard work ahead. But with his heart in the right place, Schwarzenegger is helping California compete.

Yes, that's what happens when someone is so anxious to bash Arnold, that they jump at anything, without using a modicum of common sense, which is, as I said, that there is no way Jesse Jackson would support Arnold. And you even claimed it was "FACT". I bet he is supporting Angelides.

I'm still having a problem with the math, too.
There was $15 Billion in debt when Gray Davis left; now we have $25 Billion.
Yet debt has reduced?
Does not compute.
Perhaps some of the new greater debt went towards reducing the older smaller debt. Like paying off part of a MasterCard debt using a Visa card balance transfer.
And taking out a home equity loan at the same time! The new "fiscal conservatism"?
This would never have been corrected if you had not pointed out the truth.
