I had a hunch she would be charged. You just don't vanish with all of your kids (and otherwise alone), and turn up days later, hundreds of miles away, at the same time your spouse is murdered.
I'm no lawyer (obviously) but something here is up.

My first clue was when Mark Klaas pointed out that she wasn't officially included on the amber alert yesterday.
When they say she's being cooperative, I assume that means she's confessing.

my thoughts at this point?
either she thought he was involved with someone else (or he was, in fact)... or she caught him doinmg something horrible to one of the children... (or thought he was)
