No. It's about as funny as when Andy Kaufman told everyone had had cancer, and nobody believed him; they wrote it off as just another of his practical jokes. Several expected he might attend his own funeral; they just couldn't buy into the fact that the cancer had killed him.

In the same way, CFR threatens to kill this website, and all others in the category; the good, the bad, and the ugly. And, in the same way, this is no joke. If it actually happens, FR will not magically pop back up on the 'net one day with a big, "Surprise!!" email from JR. It'll be gone along with YOUR Constitutional rights, and the "American Experiment" will conclude in failure.
