To: SUSSA; Jim Robinson

I don't think offshore web hosting is the correct solution to this problem, because it could certainly be regulated too. The solution is to make a maxium effort and fight it out right now with those who want to restrict our right to free speech. We want to win cleanly and legally right now and not resort to legal trickery which could ultimately be self-defeating.

I agree we need to fight this but we need a back-up plan incase the bastards win and shut down political speech. A site outside their jurisdiction can't be regualted. Look at the trouble other despots have regulating access to the web.

The bastards can regulate speech here but not world wide yet.
