Re: Your attempt to shut down political free speech on the Internet

John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts to find even one thread, one post, one paragraph, one sentence or even one lousy word posted to this web site that is not fully protected by the First Amendment!

And I will extend that to one chapter, one group, one poster or any group of posters on this forum. Name one assembly, petition, letter, protest, meeting or rally convened, filed, submitted, attended or supported by members of this forum that is not 100% protected and guaranteed as free speech or free assembly by the First Amendment!

Your McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation is a treasonous act. You and your cohorts are attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same constitution that you swore an oath to defend, so help you God! That makes you a domestic enemy of that great document and a traitor to your country. Yes, and Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned traitor too.

How dare you even think that you are qualified to sit in the oval office! Ronald Reagan's office! President? Hah! You miserable excuse for a two-bit political hack, you're not even qualified to shine Ronald Reagan's boots. If you do run, I'm afraid you're gonna be at least one vote short. It'll be a cold day in hell before a traitor like you ever receives my vote. And that's a campaign promise you can take to the bank.

You can take your fascist campaign finance laws and the jackbooted FEC anti-free-speech enforcers you are empowering and put them where the sun don't shine. And if this post is in violation of your unconstitutional law, shove it too!

Paraphrased from In the Face of Evil: Reagan's War in Word and Deed:

The Beast never dies, it simply changes form. The Beast has known many forms: Bolshevism, communism, Nazism, fascism. The Beast has had many names: Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Tojo, Mao, Pol Pot.

The Beast cannot co-exist with freedom. The very first freedom lost is the freedom of speech, then religion, knowledge and the arts. Anything that empowers the individual must be destroyed. The state must control all.

Power to the state.

Power as an end to itself.

Those who speak out against the Beast are labeled extremists, radicals, warmongers. Churchill, McCarthy, Reagan.

The Beast must be contained, appeased. We must have "Detente" at any cost. Direct confrontation of the Beast must be avoided.

Appease him and pray the wolf may pass our door.

Free speech must die.

The Beast never dies.

No, I was referring to the tactics you have employed throughout this thread and other threads. The issue at hand is to support H.R. 1606, to thwart the Presidential ambitions of McCain and eventually evict him from the Senate. He is totally unfit to be a respresentative of the people, has betrayed our troops time and again and has betrayed our country with CFR.

He may vote 'with us' most of the time, but when he doesn't he does more damage that most others.

I won't vote for Hillary, but if it's a matchup between her and McCain, neither will get my vote.

I sent the following to my Representative, especially since the vote has been delayed. (Hoyer from MD, though he is deep in the Demo pockets)

I request you vote against approving HR 1606 specifically because the FEC free speech limitations in the McCain-Feingold bill will directly impact my Constitutional Rights guaranteed under the First Amendment to the Constitution, Freedom of Speech and expression.

The founders of our nation afforded all citizens with the freedom of speech, expression and peaceful assembly, just because the assembly point these days is in the electronic world of the internet, laws should not be passed to limit this ability of speech and expression. To support this 30 or 60 day time restriction on what is truly a means of free speech is traitorous and contrary to the laws of our nation.

As such I implore you to oppose the approval and passage of this bill.

"You can trash McCain's actions and positions, but I think he is a better man than most americans, ditto for Rudy."

As I said, you are welcome to your opinions, as I am to mine.

I think they are both a POS when it comes to Conservative Republican issues.

I'm a Conservative Republican, and some issues I wont bend or compromise on.

That FR poll pretty much bares out the less than 10% support.

I'll bet a new one would give him less than he got in that one.

You can trash McCain's actions and positions, but I think he is a better man than most americans, ditto for Rudy. If you want to say Mc's position on cfr is crap so be it. Saying MC is a pos of a person, I think is wrong.

You've also said the same thing when FReepers were rightfully trashing pro-abortion, pro-amnesty, pro-radical gay agenda, leftist RINO Rep. Jim Kolbe. In fact, as far as I've seen, there hasn't been a RINO - however heinous - that you didn't like and defend.

My first post to you was in response to a post wherein you attacking anyone who would not vote for John McCain for President

That is an out and out lie; I was specifically addressing THIRD PARTY VOTERS and STAY AT HOMES.

And I was specifically responding to babygene's post that "I think we'd be better off with a democrat that we could all hate than a republican that would split the party..."

My EXACT response was "The Republican Party will NOT be split on Election Day."

to which babygene replied "Yes they would. Many, many would vote for a third party..."

to which I replied "Many, many? You mean the One Percenters? Only STUPID ones would vote third party and hand over the White House to the Democrats.

I guess that would include Jim Robinson too, right?

I gave you a direct quote from Jim Robinson where he said he was NOT VOTING third party, he's going to vote Republican.

Quite simply put, you're a liar.

I saw it; where does this quote

If H.R. 1606 fails to become law, your Web site or blog could be shut down for the 30 days prior to a primary election and the 60 days prior to a general election should you express "electioneering communications." And any political e-mail you send during those times supporting or denouncing a candidate could also be disallowed."

come from?
