This boy is not a 'victim'. He was not 'victimized'.

That's the difference. For a girl, she would regret for the rest of her life having had a fling with a teacher.

Not so for the boy in this case.

Why do you say that the boy is not the victim? What reason can be given to support the assumption that he will not feel undifferentiated regret or shame over this for the rest of his life? For example, is this something he would unhesitatingly disclose to a prospective bride? Is this something he will remember at his wedding day, assuming he gets married?

Cordially,

I'm a guy. He won't feel ashamed, believe me.

He might not tell his bride, in fear of her being upset. He *will* remember it at his wedding day, and for the rest of his life -- fondly.

Guys are different than gals. One of the biggest differences is how we feel about sex. I just don't believe you can call this boy a 'victim', I'm sorry.

If she is a normal human being I wouldn't think she would be offended by it. People aren't perfect. Most people realize that.

As for remembering it on his wedding day, what a strange question. It might be a pleasant memory, but I would think he would be too busy to spend any time thinking about it on his wedding day. In fact I doubt he spends hardly any time at all thinking about it once the publicity dies down.

I am guessing you are a woman since the way guys think seems so foreign to you.
