..it takes a REAL MAN to pull it off......
GWB resembles Truman (yeah, he was a Rat). But look at HST's poll numbers in '51 & '52; he was a second-term guy and just did what he thought was right. BTW, the Dems in '52 election did pay the price. GWB IS doing the Right Thing. As history has promoted HST, so it will with GWB.

Great post here SC, but remember we are just getting started here at the New Media. We are flourishing while the Antique Media is sliding down the big slope of failure. What we do here will reach talk radio, a few papers, other web sites and and few t.v. nets, now. Ten years from now who knows how big the New Media will be!

Thanks. It's coming and I can't wait to rub it in.
I agree with your comments on being less than thrilled too and also wish Democrats had the character to follows their new found convictions of people being held accountable for their actions. Were that to happen, they would be too exposed for who they really are.

I agree-History will judge W kindly. In fact, I believe GWB will ascend to the halls of real Presidents..

I was watching Wolfie's show, but once he showed Plugs, I had to switch the station. I just can't stand watching or listening to him.

"If Congress did not spend Social Security contributions what would they do with the money? Where would they put it?"
Well, Timmmm, I'd put it in a Lock Box

I would think though her work with the Middle East especially her often visits to the region is an excellent foundation which hopefully will blossom into a successful political career. Her major asset is also her major stumbling block the MSM will never let it rest that she is Dick and Lynne Cheney's daughter both of whom send them rabid.
Here she is with her father (representing the President) and in her official capacity representing the State Department arriving in Kuwait to give condolences to the Kuwaiti royal family after the death of the late ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad al-Sabah 17-Jan-2006

...There is no way that Richardson will get past one Primary...
The Left Wing will eat him up. Only the NEW Gore will satisfy their appetite.

"Murtha's got a Vietnam mentality: still talking about a broken Army"
Speaking of Murtha and VN, has anymore come out about how he got his medals?? I don't recall seeing anything on it since it came out a month or more ago.

Mike Wallace has just announced his retirement and I caught a snippet on FNC the other day that Bob Schiffer I think is giving up his anchor job.

..I remember arriving in Korea in 1974. I was in the 8th Army and married to a soldier. We lived off base in an apartment building and we only got hot water 2 hours a day...
Good bless you for sticking through it all.

It is PAST time that we tell our enemies in Iraq and the world that those in the United States of America who appease the Islamic cults, defend their financiers, ie Saddam and Sons, and rationalize the targeted murders of women and children as "winning", DO NOT SPEAK FOR US.
A message needs to be sent, that we are still here do not agree with, have nothing in-common with, and completely disrespect and despise those who lose heart.

"Our War for Independence was not a brief affair"
and then several more years to get the Constitution drafted and ratified after serious debate, including defection of one or more of the drafters.
Unfortunately too many heirs of this great legacy have no idea of its origins, foremost among them our purveyors of 'news' and opinion. And, regretably, way too many serving in the Congress.
