FReeper Canteen ~ What's The Origin Of Your Screenname? ~ March 16, 2006
Ms.Behavin

What is the origin of your screen name? Come tell us your story.... How'd ya choose your screen name? A situation in your life? Part of a song? Your Military service?
For me, it was three times I came across "Misbehavin" that decided it for me! I bought a blouse that had that on the tag... Then my MIL gave me a book about a cat called Ms.Behavin.. Then I heard the song "Ain't Misbehavin!"
So there ya have it! Have fun! Please, no politics in The Canteen.. We want our troops to rest, relax and relate!
Now tell us YOUR story!! |

One day Ill choose a screen name and join the crowd.
AceOfSpades?
1581?
ExUSATBVT/Delta(Prov)?
ExArmySailor?
The above are screen names I was thinking of that are connected with my Army career. A dozen more popped up connected with my civilian life. With so many choices it was easier just to use my actual name.

To: R. Scott
LOL!! R.Scott works JUST FINE!! Mine I chose so quickly -- before I realized how much I would use it. Sometimes I wish I had been more thoughtful. But it was the same thing. It's just that "Star" is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get in any forum, and usually a complicated mishmash of numbers following it is suggested. So I came up with one I could remember, and viola! Here I am! :o)

Rytwyng = Ryt Wyng = Right Wing
It seems like it should be obvious, but it's amazing how many people don't get it til it's explained.
