Here's Ben Moseley, from the Birmingham-Southern College web site. Might not be the same Ben Moseley arrested but seems unlikely there are two Ben Moseley's that attend the same college.

Two Are Arrested in Ala. Church Arsons

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.

Two young men have been arrested and a third person is being sought in the string of church arsons that destroyed or damaged nine rural churches in Alabama last month, a federal law enforcement official said Wednesday.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the formal announcement is to be made later, said the two are being charged with conspiracy and individual counts in the arsons at five Bibb County churches and four in west Alabama.

this is really odd, I just looked on mysapce and look at this page that was listed for a "Ben Moseley".

I see the it has the listed age at 15 but that is not always accurate. He could have opened this page some time ago or just put the age down so no one could look at the rest of his page.

I don't know how big the college is, but there were twelve people with the same name as me attending the University of Texas when I went there (my real name isn't Richard Kimball), and three with the same middle initial.

What's with the rope? I looks like it is tied around his wrists and looped around the neck. Methinks Mr. Ben likes getting people to do crazy things.
